What the heck is this? 3-5 more hp..."Just drop it in the fuel tank and it increases the fuels ability to deliver increased power and torque..."

Xplor this sounds like some kind of gimmick to me.
Come on 3 to 5 horses, thats like saying octain booster will make your car go faster.
Do you know how much this maricle additive costs?

honestly I think this is BS that will waste your top end before warming the engine.
