Will the rev/reverse overide switch affect the warrenty of my quad?

no idea what I am talking about? People on here have been talking about installing a rev/reverse overide swith mod ALOT. So I can't believe that no one knows what I am talking about. Does installing that mod affect the warrenty?

 

any modification affects the warranty. thats electrical right. gee on anything electrical thats even worse. what i know about anyelectrical item is that you cant even return it even if its never been used. not like any normal part that if it was ordered wrong you can return it. even though say that it doesnt effect the warranty. the dealership can deny the warranty stating that because of the modifications its null. so the question i feel is up for grabs. "in the air".
