I am repairing a 94 400L 4x4 and mice have eaten this thing up. They ate the wire off flush on the thermal switch on the radaitor, with no hopes of repairing it. The one that it calls for is (4110099) it is $104 and has two wires that come out of it. I found one for a 96 model (4110189) for $25 and it has 2 male spaded terminals and has a bushing that screws in the radiator, Im guessing it is a smaller switch. I think it should kick the fan in at the same temp, and that I should be able to wire it in.
Can anyone tell me if this will work and has anyone done this?

Yea I checked and really not much luck. Some guy had one listed for a newer model but he wants $10 more than what I found at an online Polaris Dealer,thats not including the guy on ebays shipping. I guess the scam on used parts has moved to used quads. I noticed over the last 10 yrs ,junk yards are asking more for parts then what you can go to a dealer or a parts store and buy new for. I guess they dont know what parts are going for now a days due to so many makes and models.
