You got way more than a 4.9 in that bike man!! Just wait till the new carb comes in and you get her really good and dialed in....I'm thinkin at least a couple more tenths off that 4.9. Man that sucker flew at dunefest!

Well lastnight after a few more mods, I ran a 5.13 at 62mph on my race mod, I think I can get it in the 4's this year, it will just take a little more work.

Nice job, are you head to head or timed or what's the format at your track? I ordered the pump block off, the starter block off, single throttle cable, and steering block from RCR yesterday. Rick also has a silencer I want to get, darn money tree is almost dead. Doc

We bracket race at our track and it is computer timed, I know what you mean about the money tree.

So what are the brackets, and when do you move into a new one?

They usually have 2 brackets, Bracket 1 is 5.50 and faster, and Bracket 2 is 5.51 and slower.

Who is the fastest? Or what do you have to do to win? Are you just racing for personal best times? I guess I don't get the whole bracket thing.
