You don't have reverse lights unless you wire them that way. The work lights still run off of the dedicated switch. Try a search, you will probably find some instructions on how to rig up the reverse light mod. Quadovator.com may have a kit.

For the pre-digital speedo Sportsmans there is a different Reverse Override kit that doesn’t use a switch because you don’t need to turn the function off to page through speedo displays. The only kicker is your yellow button becomes permanently overridden, unless you uninstall the kit. For those who won’t ever have kids playing on their machine this works out great but others with children may not want to override the safety feature.
No, the reverse indicator light does not stay on after you install the kit. Everything works just like it’s supposed to except your yellow button no longer has a function. If your switch is in AWD you will have full power and AWD whenever you shift into reverse.

welcome sean, you could always just run a wire between the pods power and the lower lights power switch. just find the relay you need to jump I can;t help you here.
on my scrambler I removed the switch assembly from the handle bars and took it apart for the limiter button theres a spring that pushes the button back out. remove this spring and push the button in it should stay down as if your fingers always on it. this was the easiest way for me. Ive since reworked the whole electrical system.
my bike is a 2002. good luck.
