Default Sincere question: is the 800EFI really only 760cc's

no i've not riddden w/ bombie. like i said b4 im sure they would blow me away. i could care less how fast the thing goes when i want speed i jump on my 145 mph bike. lol but what im going to do is put down another machine because its not as fast or doesnt handle as good as mine. i 100% agree w/ fireslayers last post in thinking that differnt strokes for differnt folks. to be honest i wouldnt go buy a 5 to $9,000 atv because some one said its the one to have. i would do my own testing and reserch. i give my honest answer to the questions asked of me w/ my limited to info or my own experince on the machines.

Actually the second fastest ute is the Outlander 650efi, then the BF750 and then the KQ 700. I'm not sure if the prairie 700 and twinpeaks 700 v-twins are faster or not. Therefore best case the popo 800 could be the 5th fastest ute.

the SP800 is faster than hte King Quad, thats common knowledge, the BF750 and the SP800 have always been dubbed the same speed each one winning and loosing to each other. I have beat P700's and Twin Peak 700's countless times. I've never raced a Outlander 650, and honestly i didnt knew it existed till last week.

So true, that BRP/Can-Am 650 is crazy fast, seen it beat a Brute Force 750, over and over!

How do they determine what quad is faster? My 650V2 hits 70mph quite often, even when bone stock. I dont hear alot of them doing that. Ieven had the dealer take it, he hit 68 and said thats about as fast as any ute will go. Is someone BS ing? I think so. It might take less time to get there with an 800, than it will a 700 or a 650, in some cases. But the same top end occurs in both quads, just at different times. And who cares? When your in the middle of a mudhole, and another brand passes you in it because your visco got you stuck, are you going to say "mine is faster than yours". ha ha ha lol

V2Rider, hahaha, you couldnt have said it better.. it kills me when people talk about top speed on Ute's. Sure its cool to brag who has the fastest, but who cares. And second of all, Spyder is right. The Sportsman is second fastest of all time bone stock, but between the 750 and SP800, their identically as fast, so its arguably to say that either is quicker, so ill say there about the same. So do not say a Bomb 650 is faster than either b/c no one has any reason to even consider that until its proven. And no im not calling you a liar. And another thing, reguardless of whats quicker, everyone is overlooking the fact, that (with maybe exception to the Bomb) no machine is that much quicker than the other. They are all neck and neck, so who cares. WHO CARES! .. What's faster is an old subject by now, and another thing, if you're going to include the ((2007)) Bomb 650 as being the fastest, wait and see what Polaris comes out with in 2007 before you compare a 2007 Bomb to a 2006 Polaris or anything else........

i think if you look at anybody's motorcycle or atv models you will see it is a model number. it is not a engine size. yes it is misleading but that is how it is done by all of them.

I have seen the sp800 and KQ700 race time and time again. I've seen this on several occassions and not always the same two machines. The KQ700efi will outrun the sp800efi. The BF750 will flat out leave the sp800efi from the word go, and the OL650 is in another time zone by the time it hits 50mph. They are all relatively close as far as top speed, but it takes the sp800 longer to get there. Part of this is due to weight, obviously. However, I had the chance to do a side by side comparison with the sp800 and bomb 800 with my buddy. Running them side by side at the exact same speed, the sp800 would always be taching about 300-500rpms more than the bomb. I own a polaris and do not own a suzuki or kawasaki, so I have no reason to state anything but truth here. They are faster than the sp800. Again, I can't speak for the prairie 700 and twinpeaks 700. Never seen them lineup.
