Did you know that Yamaha YFZ450's come from the factory with 11.4:1 compression and Yamaha recommends 93 octane Premium pump gas?
I would use premium up through 11:1, 50/50 premium and 110 racegas or 100 octane racegas at 12:1 and straight 110 on 13:1.

there a lot of talks with 2 stroke when it come to head ratio,i've seen several highly modified sled puting
over 250 hp with race porting running on pump gas, they say they run best with,i do prefer polaris 110 octane
gas for any aftermarket heads tough and for all my 2 smoke,,the klotz race gas is just plain better, generally you must run 92 octane in
a 12.1 ratio and 104 octane at least on 14.1 ratio.the power of the ignition output really does a differences while using such
race gas,you can have race porting and still using stock heads and advanced squish angle, but you won't
have the better cooling capacities/durability the HPD or HOT SEAT heads offer.
