shifting sp 500

i have a 200 sp 500 gray 250 mi. was wondering if it's normal for harsh shifting. does not ingage smooth you have to force it to go in gear.took back to dealer he adjusted no better any suggestions?

Mine only has 17 hours and less than 100 miles, and the shifting has greatly improved from when it was new. If it's still rough, then I'd say take it back to the dealer again.

I have noticed that my shifting is more "harsh" when shifting into gear from neutral. Forward to reverse and vice versa is pretty smooth though.

Early in the life if your transmission, you will find shifting a bit rough. Over time it gets better. Check your idle because if it's too high the shift is downright brutal.
