they are very relaible when you leave them stock. they are real easy on oil as well. maybe 2 to 3 tanks of gas to 1 of oil. even when you mod them and do it right w/ jetting and all they have good power and run fine. never had any problems w/ our t.blazer at all.

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

We bought our 2004 Trailblazers new and we are on our third season with them. I would say we get closer to 8 tanks of gas to a tank of oil. These quads use very little oil compared to our sleds or jetskis. We use only Polaris full synthetic and they smoke very little. Our gas mileage averages 13-15 mpg except when we are at the Dunes. These engines seem to be bullet proof. They are very easy up keep. The most work is just cleaning them after a day on the trails.

don't use as much than sled cauze they're reed cage inducted, and the 250 is a piston port induction 2 stroke,
that make big differences between both but are fuji bullet proof motors, and they don't have power valves
in them wich use a lot less oil than a sleds does....
