First thing did you flush out all the old fulid fom the brake line's and or wheel cylinder's or caliper's? Before installing the main brake line to your master cylinder, You need to open the bleeder's one at a time starting first with the one nearest the master cylinder then 2nd 3rd and fourth if you have four wheel brake sytem , i know most only have 3 wheel brake's 2 front one rear. You really need to blow the old fuild out using compressed air, doing it this way you will know if you have any stopped up brake line's ! If all line's are clear install brake line to master cylinder fill with fresh brake fuild from an unpened bottle and start bleeding the brake's again, starting with cylinder nearest master cylinder: same order 1,2,3,4 (again if you have four wheel brake's . You might have to bleed them more than once, i've had to bleed them 2 or 3 time's to get them work right ; in some case's i had to ride and pump the brake's as you go then bleed again to get all the air from sytem. If after all this the right side doesn't work the cylinder's or caliper's maybe frozen, i hope this is not the case ; good luck and hope this help's......................williebee

It depend's , lossen lug nut's on the right side wheel's then jack all four off the ground use jack stand's if you have some or use concrete block's or what ever you have. Then remove the wheel's from right side, start engine engauge transmission give it some gas; and squeeze the brake lever if the axle keep's spinning look to see if the caliper try's to compress the brake pad's to the rotor. If not shut down the engine, check fluid in mastercylinder fill if needed, open the bleeder squeeze brake lever ; if no fluid comes out bleeder and brake lever doesn't go down open bleeder on rear and try again. If brake lever still doesn't lose pressure then the caliper's are frozen and or line's are stopped up for sure !! You'll need a manual to go any further, you might try another post on the polaris page someone might have a manual that they can scan the page number's with the schematic's (i.e. instruction's for removing your caliper's to see how bad they are. I had to replace both wheel cylinder's,shoe's keeper spring's/ the whole work's on both front axle's on my 86' honda trx 350 foreman 4x4 and they weren't cheap. Honda dealer price's cylinder's $65.00 each, and shoe's $39.99 each i didn't even ask about the keeperspring's an clip's !!!! I check'ed on ebay and found a dude who had both side's new Honda O.E.M. backing plate's complete with everything i needed for $152.50 with free shipping, these Honda O.E.M. Factory complete set's dealer's cost: $250.00 each side. What can i say, just pure dumb luck i won the auction for the starting bid: US $152.50 with free shipping . I put my maximum bid: US $250.00 , it could've cost more if anyone else had placed a higher bid; but nobody made a bid but me ! Now imean that was just dumb luck, because i had bid on 2 used set's from another seller before i saw these, i won those also for $42.00 + $12.00 shipping and they tured out to be in worse shape than my old one's. The plate's were full of dirt and rust shoe's were worn out i couldn't use anything had to throw them in the trash.... Repost on the polaris thread to see if someone can help you with your's, and i'll check back with you to see how it goes; in the meantime i'll look on ebay to see if i can find the part's you need. But i will need more info on your quad thing's like (i.e. disc or drum's wheel size, and anything else you can think of serial No. # Like i said post again on the polaris thread, that's where you will find hopefully more help than i can..I usally sleep in the day because of pantom pain's i'm a bilateral amputee i lost both leg's just below the knee's in 1975 while i was trying to help a friend push his car out of the road (he ran out of gas ) We were pushing the car backward's and were about 10 ft from his driveway when another car speeding doing 50 in a 35 mile zone hit the front of my friend's car catching me between the bumper's nearly kill'ed me but GOD was looking out for me and i lived but that's a long story maybe tell all later, GOD Bless you ............williebee good luck man..this is a long post, but i hope you get lucky.......!!!!!!!!
