down loadable manual ?

If you go to Polaris website, in the upper right hand corner, click on riders. You'll get a drop down menu, and click on manuals and parts. You'll have to registar (free) and you can download the entire parts catalog for free. Good thing to have on a disk. Print out the page you're working on, and no worries about getting it dirty.
As far as a service manual, that you'll have to buy. Check ebay, should be able to get one for around 20-25 dollars. If they don't have your model, email them and see if they can get it. Or you can just get the same manual from Polaris for about 55 dollars.
