BOTH!!

Depends on the terrain. Although the longer I ride the more I stand because my *** gets chaffed and numb. Seems at though I have better control when standing.

stand or sit

standing in rough stuff and crouching almost when riding the trails but it all depends on the mood and the way i want to ride but most of the time i stand its eaiser to move the bike and lean if ur in tricky spot
