You have me worried now as your picture dont look any worse than mine, except mine had sand mixed in with grease
I just cleaned it out completely, put new grease in [a sachet of lovely blue grease and new clips comes with the boot! - all for $9.50] and the new boot and hope it will all work
as I said I am a bit worried that the outer cup is hard to turn compared to the other side so I may need to operate on the front part of the hub later I guess
so what was the actual problem with yours?? - was it simply that the boot was ripped off or was there an actual mechanical problem/noise?
