\I understand completely. I also looked into the liability issure. That's why my company is incorporated. And I sell through the company. Not as Gary Box. If someone tries to sue the company, it just goes under, and Gary's life and properties are not part of it.

I'm curious. What was the way you were going to make the shape of the pads? EDM, Water Jet, Plasma Cutter, CNC mill, Casting? And what grade of brass? Or were you using bronze? I've had lots of time to think about this and was just wondering what methods someone else might have come up with.

The first ones I made in 1986, were traced out on brass plate, then cut out with a hacksaw, and shaped with a file and grinder. But they worked.

I'm going to pick up the blanks for the front pads today. I'll try to post some pictures somewhere. Or I'll email them to anyone who request them.

Just got back from the water jet place. Look up my email in my profile, and I'll send a picture of the blanks to whomever is curious about how these things look when I first get them.
