Snorkled 400, anybody?

Here we go again....................... Well i got the idea from the cold air intake on my Magnum SRT-8, It's got a twin air air filter and a outer wear sox on the end of the pipe. and is good for about 4-ft of water submergence and with me sitting on the tank (285 lbs) it will still flip over if im not carefull.
