Well.... Two things...
One. When you put it in gear, it will move somewhat. Not much to really say its "moving". It will move, just like when you put ur car in reverse or something, it will move by itself.
Two. If you took your EBS off, you lost your trusty compression brake, and it will definatly move a small amount, but not much either..
Either way, just look at your belt as ftwftlh says. I dont know about the primary cluth though.. Good luck.

Have had this problem about 5 times in 10,000 miles. Take your primary clutch apart, there is a thin spacer behind your EBS between it and the inner sheeve. The EBS ends up wearing a groove into the spacer causing some play. It is a $.45 part..there is 1 stock from factory but put 2 and you will not have the problem again for a long long time. Problem solved..for sure!

if its idled up too high it might as well. sometimes spray some wd 40 on the linkage at the pivot point and it might help the shifting problem.
