BoMb 800 did 80mph Today!
They almost completely redesigned the Sportsman lineup from '04 to '05. As you mentioned, the frame is completely different, redesigned. You get rear work lights and 2 tail lights now that look great. You actually have storage now, and LOTS of it. And some more things but i cant think of them right now.
