Is the Outlaw for me?
#1
Hopefully some Outlaw owners will reply with durability issues. K so here it is, I have a Scrambler. It kicks the **** outta me cause a have a prolapsed disk in my back, so I want a sportsman for better ride, But if the Outlaw is cushy (200lbs and aggresive trail rider) and durable I might consider one. Almost same price as a sportsman, faster, and will hopefully blow my buddies Outy 800 out of the water. BUT durability is also an issue. Has anyone ever mounted a winch on an Outlaw??? I have a Warn 1500 on the Scrammy thanks to ScramblerX's pics and I like the idea for an Outlaw. Please help me spend my dollhairs somewhere good.

In my opinion, if you ride sitting down, the Scrambler is more comfortable. If you ride standing up "in the attack position" basically slamming into everything you can at full speed, the Outlaw is smoother. The Outlaw is not really cushy compared to a Sportsman, but cushy compared to a Raptor for instance. They are targeted towards different audiences. So in this case, I don't think an Outlaw would help your back.
