I was wondering if anyone made an aftermarket front hood for a Scrambler that has the built in light but no oil cap hole. If not, where can I find a Trail Blazer front hood that is black? Thanks.

I've been wondering the same thing since I removed my Oil injection and oil tank. Did any of the 500 Scramblers ever come with the hood mounted headlight? As far as I know, all the Gen 3 hoods from 1995 to 2007 are interchangable.

 

Go to www.worldofpowersports.com just look through the lists of scramblers and see which style you want. I know the 4stroke scramblers dont have the oil injector hole.

 

the 500s never had the built-in light. the two-strokes with oil injection are the only ones that did [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]
