Hey my question is two-fold:

Looking for a performance exhaust system for the
Trail Boss (05) and Sportsman 450 (me too, ehe).

What do you recommend for either bikes? What on-line
companies, pricing, your experience etc?

What kind of performance gains do you get from adding
this to either your Trail Boss or Sportsman?

Got a stage 1 on my 00 Boss, as do several other people on here with Bosses. A couple even have the 414 kit (wish I did).

Go over to hotseatperformance and check out there stuff. I think the 500 exhaust may fit the 450. But call them. Great bunch of guys.

 

Easy to add a slip on pipe, k&n or uni filter, rejet the carb, change the primary spring on the clutch (or get a full clutch kit).
