I have a polaris trail blazer and i was wondering wat i should do?Get upgrades for my blazer or sell my blazer and and use the upgrade money and the money from selling my blazer for a used banshee.Thanx

I would say it would depend on what type of riding you want to do. You'll never get the Blazer to match the speed of a Banshee, but it would be a better trail machine than the Banshee. Should be able to find one at a good price, and chances are, it's already had some type of mods put on it. Just don't be suprised if you have to do a rebuild. Not that the Banshee has problems, but you are buying a used 2 stroke.

 

250 or 400 trailblazer, dunes, mx trails, what?

the 400 can be built to run with a banshee but there two different types of bikes. its hard to beat a banshees bang for the buck factor but beuying a used one be ready to replace bearings and what not before you get started on mods.

banshee is way faster and more fun. totally two differnt bikes though so its not a good comparession.

 

I have ridden both and I agree with the other responses. Riding dirt roads and pits doesn't really say what kind of terrain you are in--hills, flats, rocks mud. If you are more into speed without terrain issues the Banshee is the way to go but used ones have usually been ridden hard because that is what it is built for, but the trailblazer is tougher, handles hilly and rocky terrain better and is an easier quad overall to ride. Two different intended uses. I would suggest you find a Banshee and ride it and you will see what we mean

 

K xler8ion im gonna try a banshee out then ill make the decission.I know a guy pretty close with one with fmf pipes jetting work and new tires who has one for sale.

 

unless you through a gold card at the TB the banshee will be light years ahead. you can mod the trail blazers to be really fast but in the end you could probable buy two used banshees. buying one used make sure to look at bearings and seals(wheels swingers etc) there one of the easiest bikes to buy a basket case from lack of care.
