Rear end Scrambler push...

Hey Xplor~
I have noticed that also. I thought mine did that because it is almost 5 years old and the shock has never been serviced. It does seem to compress a lot when dead weight is added, but I don't remember it ever bottoming severely off a jump. The front suspension is another story, but the rear seems to work quite well. When I push down on the grab bar, I can not get it to bottom I'm 170 lbs), but it does compress quite a bit!

Just went out and checked mine and it does the same thing. I feel like I can almost bottom it out (240 lbs) but I am sure that I can not. I have bottomed out the rear on a jump (about 4 ft. ledge to flat area over a creek (what was I thinking)). I also noticed that when I pushed down and released that it did not come all the way back up. I could lift up and it would raise a good inch. I assume that I can adjust the ring and take care of that.

my scrambler has a fox racing shock but i dont think yours does. although you still might be able to adjust it. if it is adjustable there will be a plastic type "nut" on the bottom of the single shock spring. in my tool kit i got a spanner wrench that let my adjust the shock. i suspended my quad with a jack and turned the nut up on the threads just over half way. if the bottom of the shock (where the spring sits) is threaded it is adjustable. you might even be able to turn the spring by hand (spring is connected to plastic "nut") if not a wrench is available for less that 10$. hope this helps
