I have a 2002 Sportsman 500 & the low beam head lights flash intermittantly while riding at night. Sometimes they will work fine then they will start flashing.

I cannot figure this out, Has anyone else had this problem & what does it take to fix it ?

 

Yes, I had this problem about two years ago. It has to do with one of the electrical fuse pouches by the frame rail. The dealer fixed it and I cannot recall the name of the part. Mine was full of water from always riding in mud, and it was causing a short. It is nothing major, but I am sorry I can't remeber the name of the part.
