Both valves coming from the bottom of the gas tank (regular and reserve lines) are leaking.

WHen I went to wipe them off, both of them moved. Shouldn't these be firmly seated into the bottom of the pan?

I don't know how the would have come looos, considering theere is not enough play in the gas line for them to rotate much.

Anyone else have this issue?
