Default Power and speed For 01 scrammy

I am new to this. But anyway, I am try to find out a way to get more power and speed out of a 2001 scrambler 500HO 2x4 besides doing a full motor rebuild. I have a K&N filter with a after market exhaust on it now. I was wondering if one of the pros can help out on this?

clutch kits are the highest on priority list.

next,
-pipe
-carb mods
-airbox mods
-gearing(2x4 only recommended)

theres also other highdollar stuff availavle but you better start with the basics. see what you wanna do after that.

I know I have the pipes, so thats out. I don't know about the carb mods, air box mods, and gearing. What does the clutch system do and how does that effect the scrammy? And what size gearing would be suggested?

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!
