You can make your own block off plate. Just remove the pump and use it for a template. **Tip- strike the 3 screws, that connect the pump to the block with a hammer & blunt punch before using the screwdriver** Use a piece of 14ga aluminum or a road sighn for your plate. Its square so its very easy to make. then get a bolt (as mentioned above) to plug up the intake inlet. Hpd has throttle cables. single pull. Also... you may want to try and cut the cable below where it splits to go to the pump. U Never know, this may be where its frozen. It cant hurt to try.

ya just remove the gear on the end of the pump shaft and the pump will be the block off. simple as that, don't make this to complicated.
the dominator is perfect for motocross bikes or for someone like me who only has two throttle positions on and off.

DirtSnow I think the injection puts more oil into the engine than if you premix, thats why you may have had build up onyour rings . I use Dominator for premix at 50 to 1 in my 250r, and Interceptor for oil injection in my Trailblazer and Blaster. I haven't had any problem with the interceptor in the trailblazer or Blaster.

If the bike burns less oil with the injection that means it is getting less lubricated. I am not sure that is all that good. I never paid attention to the amount of oil i was adding to the amount that should have been used. I wonder if the pump won't pumping enough oil into the bike. Maybe that is the problem I had. I try the take the gear off and put the pump back on. I think I am going to a premix from now on. Maybe more trouble but I know it is getting oil.

I have the injection on my wifes trail modded 400 and run premix on mine...the injection does work really well. The only weight savings you will have is the oil missing in the tank up front which comes out to 10-12 pounds. My wifes bike uses very little oil and it has been running strong ever since we bought it. If you use a good synthetic oil like amsoil injector oil you shouldn't have any problems...you can premix this oil as well at 50:1...always use what the manufacturer recommends on oil ratios...a little more oil never really hurts it's when you use less that will get cha.

Well I am in the process of a rebuild. The piston had a melt down and scared the cylinder walls pretty good. I was running the polaris injector oil in it. I get it fixed and try it again. I think i going to premix. I don't have a light bike so that is no worries on weight savings. Just thinking of reliblity.
