Cam Suggestions for 440EX?

I am looking for a cam for the 440 kit. I plan on installing the kit after I get the right cam. I will be using Arias or JE pistons (as suggested by Pam) upon installation. Currently I have a Stroker SX-1 exhaust, K&N powerkit, and WB CDI. I ride on heavily wooded trails and use the machine in local sand/mud drag races. What cam and what grind? Also, is a modified stock carb (Dynojet kit) sufficient with the big bore kit?
