Performance Exhaust for 450 Sptsmn

I don't think there is a system out there that will give you more than one or two HP gain. None of them are worth the money for what you get. The biggest felt gain you will get is with a clutch kit. Sma holds true for the 500. mostly just more noise.

What would you recommend to
quiet down the ATV if no real
significant gains are to be achieved?
Thanks everybody for your input/feedback
this is good stuff....

rtickwad, personally i wouldnt waste my money trying to get more power out of our 450's just because an add on pipe wouldnt be worth the price for the power gain. as far as the silencer i do also beleave it would rob power just for the fact its restricking the exhaust even more stock. but for hunting who cares if it has a little less. next yr im thinking of putting the h/c kit on both the 450 and the 800. it will make it a little snappy off the line.
