I put all the plastic on, took the machine out for a hard ride jumps, mud, rain all on the same day. everything is fine, I didn't take the switch apart, I just worked it back and fourth. I don't use the switch to shut off my machine can't remember if I hit it the day it died. But I will keep this in mind. Try to find out if there is a jumper to bypass this if it happenes again.

 

ya thats the thing, I am moving mine back & forth now & then & the problem
seems to go away now. I think if the kill switch stays still to long it looses
contact. I was never using mine before either. thanx!
