Hey guys--my cousins boy has a polaris xplorer 250 4x4---he has posted on here many times but has not been successful fixing his quad---seems he decided to take the fronthub assemblies apart and really screwed one of them up---he has bought new magnets for the front hubs ($75.00 a pop) and I finally took a look at it, and he keeps chewing the magnets up--I think he put it together wrong one time and it seems to have chewed up the strut housing that the magnet slides onto--I have been checking e-bay for a whole new tower with the bearings and assembly unmolested--but nothing right now--anyone suggest a good online used parts or polaris junkyard??? I am thinking polaris' around that year were all pretty interchangable??? Any help would be appreciated--Kawi Guy

 

Check out this site http://www.partsland.com/index.cgi?N...&P=Polaris-ATC now just go to the 250 xplorer of your year and find the strut part#.

With that Part# just look up struts on other different Polaris models if the part # are the same so is the strut. Now you can go back to Ebay with a wider seach option for a used strut.

Im not sure but a lot of Polaris models seem to share many of the same parts.
