Scrambler 90 cold start problems

Scrambler 90 cold start problems
I have a scrambler 90 and it does not start while it is cold, un less you put your hand over the air box intake hole. I have also replaced the choke plunger. What wrong with this thing?

I had the same problem with my boy's 2005 PREDATOR 90cc.
I figured out it was the cable adjustment up at the handle bars..
The adjustment makes the cable longer or shorter.. I needed
to make the cable longer..The the little machine fires right up
on the coldest of days...
