I'm not quite surprised but a little disappointed I guess in Polaris' top finish @ #11 position .. Like they say though .. it's 90% rider and 10% machine .. something like that eh?

Ask any racer and thats the formula. Ask any of the 14 y/o's on the Yamaha forum, its 90% machine and 10 % rider. Cause man those YFZ'z are fast...even faster than my Predator..[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

 

LOL .. yeah. The YFZ's are a force to be reckoned with though .. pretty potent machines .. hopefully the outlaw will do better next time out ..

 

the thing I dont think anyone is looking at is there are only to polaris in comparison to the rest of the feild they have beat out almost 200 others to get to 11th and looks like 7th (not sure) but still that is good considering the odds/ If you have 100 yamahas there is bound to be a couple on the top positions against maybe 2 polaris.

Good for him, maybe he is trying to force Polaris to put the KTM engine in the Pred, now that would be a winning quad!

 

my understanding on that was that he didnt like the way the irs hooked up , it was getting traction when he neeeded it to slide. From what I understand the outlaw with Irs gets traction when others would slide
