Yepper. And I believe once we learn how to harness that ability IRS will be on top. Just like in nearly every other type of racing. (Yes I understand the prevailing theory that it slows you to gain traction{wow that almost hurt to say it}, how're those solid rear rally cars doing?)

 

I watched John Gallgar Run a hairscramble Sunday at Mansfield Motorcycle Course in Ohio.
One of the most exciting races I have ever seen. Those Mansfield guys sure put on a good show!! Seeing him sold me on a new outlaw, not sure if its the 500 or the 525 but im looking now!!! Just like the cobra mustang with IRS, If you guys dont like the look of the rear end get used to it!! Thats what you will be looking at when you race with them.

 

Gallager raced the 525 at the Ironman, so I would guess it was the 525. But from a distant you would not be able to tell them apart unless you knew what to look for.

 

Maybe on the outlaws they need to run a tire with less side bite to it. That way they can get it to slide easyer.
