Hey,

Im trying to get my 05 sportsman 500 ready for winter but she needs some work.

1. I need valve clearances and procedures.

2. I need to replace a front outer boot. - I have hub off, and clips off the boot, now im stuck.

3. Front diff engages in 2WD. So i am taking it out my self to cut down on labor charges.
- How do I go about this?
I have been told its a prevelant problem with 05 diffs, and it can be fixed with altercations.
Before I take it out maybe someone has a suggestion.

4. The C.V joint by the rear brake/engagment lever is making quite a bit of noise- Do you know what needs to be replaced?

5.Does anyone know what the adjustment screw is for, on the right side of the front diff.

6. Does anyone know were to get the most effecient, cheapest manual for my bike.
