Thanks for the feedback. Your input is great. In your opinion, is the Moose County superior (Design as well as construction) to the Cycle Country State (one way) plow. They look similar but I only have a picture to judge.

Thanks again!
Don't know anything about the Cycle Country brand blades. FYI the Moose "County" blade is a one way blade. It's tapered higher on one side than the other but you can angle it in either direction of course.

Yea I was aware their one-way designes.

They look very similar except for the snow flap configuration.

I have a 60" Eagle plow its very heavy duty, I have a big area that I plow and it works great,it looks like a mini p/up plow and its almost twice as tall as the Glacier. If you have a small area to plow the Glacier will be fine but if its a big area go bigger.
One good thing about the Glacier is that the mounting plate can be left on and used as a front skid plate, I bought the the mount plate seperate just for that reason.

Default Moose or Glacier Plow?

MileHiGuy, I had National Guard all weekend and now I'm back. We have just the Moose on hand with all models available, even in red for honda and 50" black. Any specific questions you have about moose I can try to help.

It sounds like great fun out there in the snow. My best army friend and first roomate in the army is still stationed at Ft. Carson after 10 years and he married a girl from Greely, CO. They drove up there for the New Year from Ft Carson and he said all the roads were closed.

I know that moose plows are only sold at authorized Parts Unlimited dealers.

I think all of the plows you have mentioned would be good choices. The 60", when angled at its fulllest, is the perfect fit for my sportsman. I would not go any smaller with a grizz 700.

I agree with trailbound, definately get the 60" for a Sportsman. Any smaller would be a mistake IMO.
