hello every one i just joined the site.

i need a little help.

i need to know exaclty what model and year bikes frame interchange with my bike.

i need to no so i have a better chance of finding one on ebay. i have not found my exact model and year.

i am sure that other bikes have the same frame just not sure wich ones. i dont need one that is close i want one that is exact. i think they call my style bike a generation 4 . but there may me subtle differnces metween the modles in that range , and i dont need any more trouble.

are there any gurus out there that can help me? or sell me a frame . i need more than that but a frame will be the first step in this rebuild.

my very drunk and very stupid friend crashed my old ladys bike. he is fine the bike is hosed. needs , a A arm, a rim , a frame , a oil cooler. a new winch, a shifter box, and who knows what else,

 

any one know ?

 

It's a 2002? I would just order all BRAND NEW parts.....................................at your friend's expense!

 

i found one for a 2003 330 magnum 4x4. but i am not sure it will work exactly.

money is a problem with this prodject. used parts is just about the only way this is going to happen.

i have been trying online searches for part#'s but i have not realy gotten the info i need and want.

i have posted a want it now on Ebay. i have emailed about a dozzen atv salvage buisnesses.

the only question i need help with is what model and year frames interchange with a 2002 325 magnum.

i have been told in the past that any generation 4 frame will work. but i found out later that's not the case.


i realy need some help from some kind soul , parts guy, or atv guru.

Welcome, I've found that "www.polarisind.com" works well for part reference.
Go to the site, go to riders, then manuals, onlineparts manual I think. You'll need to register and sign in. You enter the year and model then you'll get a break down of parts. select frame and chassis or whatever. When you find your frame part # it will give you the option of clicking on the USAGE icon that will list the different machines that part # was used on. Go on the site and poke around you'll find it . Good luck Doc

thanks for that you guys. i put a add out on findmypart.

and i went and registerd on polaris.

i looked up several models and years and the numbers are mostly differnt. but i have not lost hope yet because it says at the top of the page on the PDF prts manuals that the numbers may have changed and to look up the numbers on PartSmart.

so i looked for PartSmart on there site and i looked for it on line and did not find exactly a polaris PartSmart page ready for use.

and also i did not fing a usage icon that i could search my part# on.

2002 325 magnum frame part# is 1013670-067 4x2 or 4x4

2003 330 magnum frame part# is 1013899-067 4x2 or 4x4

to me by eye they look the same

 

I'm still dissapointed that your drunk X-friend hasn't made good and replaced all the damage with new parts.

Certainly he can come-up with the dough to suport his habitual drinking so why can't he go dry for a few months and pay for his mistake?
