Default Front Left Hub

Allright guys so I just got my scrambler 400 4x4 back from getting the top end rebuilt. I had specificly asked that the fron left hub be takin care of because it was leaking. Well the didnt fix the leaking, the battery was totaly dead and would not charge, and along with the front left hub leaking now the front left break seams like its not working at all. Could the hub fluid leaking make the rotor that slippery were the pads arnt touching it? Or are the pads up front probably in need of replacing? Now back to the hub is there a seal or somthing that usally needs replacing? Or is my hole hub shot? I think its leaking right were the hub meets the brake rotor and dripping down the rotor onto the inside of the wheel. Thanks for any input or suggestions provided.

if you get break fluid on the pads or oil or something they can glaze them. just take them off and you'll see if their worn out or glazed. you must have a bad seal if its leaking.
