05 CV Boot... again......
#22
Well Yesterday I decided to tackle putting on the new boot myself.. I found a place to download the service manual which was a HUGE help. It was cake walk.. however the only problem I had was not having the boot clamp tool that I needed. (I do now thanks to the snap on man..heh) The manual rocks and an idiot could do this in under and hour. I saved myself $75 in labor. The boot kit was only $31 and while I was at it I went ahead and changed the oil.. My new Cv Guards will be here by the end of the week!! Im excited. Thanks to all. This is truely the only flaw I have found in my machine thus far and it will soon no longer be a problem..

I have had good luck with cv boots on my 800 but had to replace the rear out side on my 500. I'm trying to get my cousin and uncle to get some, save them some money in the long run. My uncle has a grizzly and my cousin has a arctic cat.
