Not looking forward to have spent the extra $300 if it's going to turn! WTF! Been touting the camo, doesn't show abuse, etc. Well, how long has it been since purple has been the color?

 

the start of 05 deer season it had a little purple tint ...then by spring of 06 it looked just as it does in the pic

i did buy it in sept. of 03 and in 04 deer season it looked gr8 then down hill from there

one of our hunting club members put the purple net on it as a joke
he had a motorcycle that had some purple acc. on it and he sold it and kept the net to put on my wheeler
we have found the net to work gr8 to hold stuff and i have even straped a deer down w/ it

i took a chance and bought a 06 500efi camo today, got it for 6600, the dealer said that the camo problem was fixed,
and he did say he had some get the purple color right on his lot. he displays a few outside in the sun every day. so i guess this
is a good indication that the problem is fixed.

So far its doing great.

 

I used Protect 303 on my 98 sportsman and it looks great, it lasts until you soap it down. They call their product sunscreen for your plastic. It may bring back the original color for a while.
