Just about any aftermarket wheel, steel or aluminum, will have the 1" wider offset. If you were to buy a pair of ITP black steel wheels for the front they'd have the wider offset and you could get by without spacers.

Nope I still got stock axles. I'm just setting back soaking up information like a sponge.
I thought you had some. My dealer is calling Gorilla as I type, to see what they are going to do about it. I'll post it here!

Last weekend, the right rear fell out once with the lift in after 3/10ths of a mile. I thought maybe just a fluke or too much never-seize in the circlip recessed area, not alloing circlip to seat properly. I cleaned out some of the anti-seize and put it back in. I then rode about 2 miles and checked it It was still in, but the CV temp was extremely high. Just like Floodrunner warned me about. I took out the rear lift immediately(on the trail).

This time at stock lift, the first CV fell out when the truck was still in sight!

Great!!!!! My normal parts guy wasn't in today at the dealer. I talked to the parts manager who was to call Gorilla, he got busy and forgot to. They are closed tuesdays during the winter, so I'll have to call my parts dude on Weds. I am sure that he'll, GET-R-DONE. I tell you what, upper management usually sucks. How can you be a manager and not be smart enough to make notes throughout the day, as you field phone calls?

UPDATE!!!!

I called Gorilla today and he told me that they have only a handfull of these that fall out. Apparently Floodrunner and I are the chosen ones

He said they have square cut cir clips that he will send to me. I asked why would you not put them on from the get go. He said because they are HARD to get the axles in. So, for a recap, I have to pay one way for the shipping to get this one axle fixxed, they will send it back repaired and wilth the new clip on it. They will send me a second clip for the other side. I asked about the heat. He said that they should run about 150 degrees. He told me to put them back in and they should cool off as they wear in! You guys should know by now, that I will post the results here!

how many boots do you have to go thru before they break in though? sounds like they should go good for everything including the shipping.

My boot was tore from falling out, not breaking them in. I agree on 100% cost coverage too.

Used to race VW bugs with IRS and we would set the axle up so they would be actually loose in the CV that way they didn't tear up the CV ,but we ran with limiting straps also .

Here is a link to a video of my MV in action. I have failed the last 3 times in this hole. I have made it before, but noticed it was more difficult each time. When I stop forward motion, you can see blue exh. smoke from the rear of the seat area. I assume this is from an ICE cold chill on a warmed up system. It lost power, but cleared up after a few seconds. Power lose is not my excuse, DEEP hole is I look now and wonder why I didn't lean far to the left while still trying it forward. Hey, it's hard to think with the Grizzly guy filming. All you want to do, is make some sort of progress. See the ice plates, they were about an inch thick. I felt like the TITANTIC, "ICE BERG, DEAD AHEAD" You can even hear someone in the back ground late in the video saying, "It's done,.....It's done" No, sorry. I didn't hear the fat lady sing yet. LOL. Look for his Grizz in the background. That is where it stayed. He wanted no part of this hole! For 1400lbs (rider and ATV) I think we make a good couple!

Instigater,

OK, I'm not a member of Photobucket but am sure the video is very cool. I assume this is with the MV lowered from 2 to 1 inch? And this is why you didn't make the mud run the first time?
