Last night in Canada we got about 18-20 inches of snow, so i thought i would see how the Sportsman works in the snow. I could not believe how well it went through the deep snow, i am really glad i bought a polaris!!! My dads foreman can't touch it.

Today in Michigan,we got hit with 14 inches of snow, and worse drifts.
I started plowing this morning at 5:30am and finished around 3:30pm this afternonn, with a one hr lunch break.I plowed out 8 driveways including mine.Im am SO glad I had a true AWD instead of a limited slip diff. With the amount of snow we got today,I dont think a limited slip could of handled that amount of snow.Thank goodness for my Goodyear Mudrunners to,they dug there way thru some real heavy snow,
Bill

Bill, just curious. What size mudrunners do you have on your machine??? And do they rub on the fender at any time??? I have an HO with 26" mudrunners on it. The right front tire always rubbed the fender even when I hit a small bump or hole. Dealer gave me these rubber spacers to try in the front springs. Now they only rub if I were to hit a monster hole or bump.

I have had a Polaris since March I also got the 48inch snowblade also. I tell you I have plowed my neibours drive my own and tree more country lanes of drifted snow up to 3or4ft of snow. Iwas at this until late last night and my Polaris 335 sportsman has not sweated I'm ready for another few feet of snow. In the cold climate of Ontario Canada if you are wanting to use an ATV for plowing the Polaris is the one.Within few hrs of plowing I used my Polaris for a float in our local Christmas Parade and the people could not believe my Polaris could do that including an Artic Cat ATV owner this Artic Cat owner had said to me that his Artic Cat had pulled out alot of Polarises and broadcasted to me and others my Polaris will be the next Polaris to pull out and up the hills in the Parade because this guy thought my Polaris was not able to pull a hay wagon with 30 kids 4 adults and lots of decorations on the hay wagon. Guess who pulled who and or pushed what up the hills of the parade trip? The load I had on my 2000 POLARIS 335 Sportsman and then pushing the Artic Cat to.This goes to show unless your prepared to lose against the Polaris keep it to yourself about pulling who or what out . Polaris is # 1 in the ATV buisness.NO QUESTION ABOUT IT !!! By the way I finished plowing the laneways right after the parade.

tcdalo,
Im running 26 inch Mudrunners all the way around.I had the same problem you did with the scraping.I bought the exact rubber spacers your dealer gave you,and now the fronts dont scrap nearly as bad.I MIGHT install a set of Polaris HD springs in the front if I dont buy a new 700cc Sportsman in the future,
Bill
