are you saying the tire takes air but does not pop all the way out in one spot? here is how my friend who does tires for a living helped me. put a little air in the tire and then put a ratchet strap around the middle of the tread. then air it to 20 psi it will pop right out. i had my first atv tires do me that way a while back and i have mounted a lot of them.

 

no it holds air fine it's just if i take out all the air the tire should still stick to the rim right? well mine doesnt..

 

ive had this happen, ive filled them well past the seating pressure, and they will eventually pop back, it most likly came unseated do to to low of air pressure or a defect.
