the real solution that i have found, to avoid grips that shift, slide, twist, or pop off... is to use the ODI lock on grips.
the grip portion is made my OURY anyways, so they are real soft and comfy, but yet they will never move!! they havent budged a bit and they look sweet with billet locking rings.
i have the rogue 90mm(3/4 flange) grips...i have had a set mounted for a good year now. no problems, no blisters. highly recommended

Sounds like you're having carpal tunnel symtoms. I used to have to take frequent breaks because my hands went numb. After I had carpal tunnel surgery I put anti-vibe risers on and spider grips. It's been great since. But the spider grips do seem to wear out fast.
