Default Help needed Elec. Problem

i would check the voltage w/ a meter going to the battery to make sure its the right amount to rule out the recifier from over or under charging. just a thought. also make sure you have good grounding on the connections.

Default Help needed Elec. Problem

Searching for problems like these is almost always a process of elimination. Start by making sure your battery is good. That means putting a good charge on it then checking the specific gravity of each cell. Once you've eliminated the battery as a source for your problem move on to checking grounds, switches etc?..

Polaris machines have always been sensitive to even minor marginal battery voltage. As they're becoming more electronic than electric they're getting even more sensitive.
