What did they tell you for a estimated delivery date?

 

I called several dealers in Ohio and Wisconsin and all said June/July - just depends on well the initial production run ramp-up goes...

There's definitely much more info in this thread than any dealer has...particularly the brochure pages posted. I knew more about this thing than any of the dealers - not sure if that's bad or good, just fact.

hey i have a question does the ranger go on trails like is it to big to??

 

It depends on the size of the trail. It is 50 inches wide. My four wheeler is 47 inches wide, so it will go most places my 4 wheeler will go.

 

They can't on Wisconsin atv trails. I am suprised polaris etc... don't lobby to get narrower models allowed on trails.

 

My dealer told me they would get one in May then no more till December.

 

That is a bummer. You better be first on the list if you want one from that dealer. One good thing about waiting, is that you should know what the other manufacturers are going to do to compete by then.

 

Quad Magazine had a review, I read on monday, it sounds like all the other net articles for the most part. However the tester was a larger sized guy and made mention of being a little cramped, and also made mention of his size 12's not fitting well in the floor board, particular issues with the left foot and the fenderwell. I am not a light weight by any means, at 6 foot 275 and size 12's I am thinking maybe I better set in one before putting down a deposite.

I also got a copy of the new ATV action last night, just have not had time to read the RZR article they have wrote. But it made the cover of both magazines, and Quad magizine has some great looking photo's of the RZR as usual for quad they take the best pic's of all the print mags.

 

Are the magazines on the shelf yet, or are you a subscriber?

 

I subscribe to quad magazine, and get DW and ATV action at the bike shop.

ATV/bike shops get there's about 2weeks before subscribers, subscriber's get there's a week or two before the news stands. My Action is the April issue. Quad will likely be on the news stands late next week, and action sometime in the next 3 weeks.
