2008 Polaris RZR Ride Review and Video

Totally agree on the "touchy throttle" - I hate that part of it - love the rest, even tho my kid already "Flopped" it on it's side. Bent the cage (only $250 for a new rear section) - WORD TO THE WISE: ADD ADDITIONAL GUSSETS TO THE CAGE BEFORE YOU FLOP IT OVER - WHICH YOU WILL - AND MAYBE A DIAGONAL BRACE ON BACK BAR. There is also a Hollow tube which supports the "Oh Sh#$" bar - which punched a perfect hole in the side of the plastic.
Anyway, water under the bridge....call mine "BROKE-In".
Question for you - Does anyone know the Specs of the Rally Lights from Polaris for the RZR? They're $50 each....this could be a good deal, or bad - depending on specs.

I had my first RZR ride with a friend that was holding my son. It was great! The only thing that I noticed that might be difficult would be rock crawling. Even on a dippy dirt road, we could feel the pedal jerk no matter how hard I tried not to. My friend said that after a few weeks of driving it every day, he still could not smooth it out. We suggested a stiffer pedal spring. I am glad that this was the only negative that I noticed. The Border Patrol could really use these!! I will spread the word. I did notice one company working on a Supercharger kit already. Wow. It had plenty of power already. I thought it was great to have the T-Bar for the passenger to hold on to. It looks so good, and is just big enough for real fun with another person on the trail. Hmmm, street legal in AZ, I just might trade my car in. Good stuff Polaris.

I also looked at the trailer hitch on my RZR and it is bolted on. I don't know which RZR they've been looking at , but mine has the receiver part welded to a plate that is bolted to the frame.

The difference in the price is $3,200, not $4,000.
The biggest difference besides that is the 60.5" width instead of 50", and it's 55 pounds heavier.
There's 12" of suspension travel instead of 9", and they're Fox Podium shocks.
It has 26" tires instead of 25", and the top speed is 63 mph instead of 55.

Any recent videos on these things besides the promo videos and that
famous one on YOUTUBE of the dude riding around his back yard?
I would really like to see what this thing can do.
P.S. If I only had the money, LOL

What works for more power and speed for the 2008 RZR. I am thinking of a ecu reprogrammer and a trinity racing exhaust. Any soild info would be appreciated. I want to stay with the stock tires and suspension and stay reliable. Thanks, LAIDBACKLINNIE
