Buy a Mile Marker P2500 from 4wheelparts.com. I had one and it is exactly same as a warn 2500. (only cheaper)

hot Rod, I have a extreme on my magnum 425. Came with mounting bracket and all wiring. Simple to install. Works great for the plow also. Just my opinion

Thanks for the advice everyone. I also noticed that the Gorilla winch look pretty well like an warn but the only thing I have aginst it maybe is that it says with it you can't mount a double tube bummper on the front with it in the ad on ebay.

I'll take a look at their site I know the price is what I like about it. I have a buddy or 2 that have elchepo harber freight wiches and they seem todo the job they just look crappy I think I have a few buddy that tell me i'm to picky about stuff like that but I always say oh well its mine so yaknow. Ha also Onesavage hows your 400sp do with those 27 inch tires will it turnem good in the mud and puddin and not run out of power. I just got 25 in mudlites on mine but was thinking about bigger abit when I wear them out. I got a buddy who got a patter from a 2in highlifter lift kit hes suposed to be makeing use both a lift if he ever gets it done that is.

i am leaning towards a epi bigfoot kit.. i think it would be more effective on a 400 machine and a heelclicker a\on a larger cc machine ..
