310,

You indicated that it bogged when you gave it full throttle. The pilot has nothing to do with this portion of the fuel circuit and the needle also does not affect this as it is completely drawn out of the main jet and needle jet at full throttle. Fuel delivery at WOT is only controlled by the main jet and supply components upstream from there. I do not believe jetting is the issue from what you described. Colder temperatures would cause is to run leaner but the drastic bog you described is too great a symptom for temperature change. If you are getting proper fuel deivery from the tank to the carb then you have a prob separate from the fuel like clutching, compression problems like ka210 suggested or crank seal jta mentioned or electrical. Take them one at a time and I bet you find it.

THANKS for all the help. Right now today i got it running and i put in a 150 main and 52 pilot and it is seeming to get too much fule now so i am going to put the stock pilot back in and hope for the best. I only wanted it to run because i wanted to ride it but this spring i am going to completly rebuild it from ground up. When i do the rebuild then i will do the crank seal and so on.
