outlaw question
i'd suggest the slip on. The Outlaw already revs to 9100 rpm and from what i've heard from engine builders, 10,000 is about the fastest you want to take that motor. Overall i'd say the new CDI would have more reliability issues than the slip on would. You'd have more frequent valve adjustments as well. All this on a machine with a rather heavy flywheel doesn't seem like the new CDI would be worth as much as the pipe. Now maybe if you lighten the flywheel? but again, i'm all about reliability after my Hell with my Predator motor, and i'd say keep your Rev limit where it is until there's nothing else left to do. Again, just my $0.02 good luck
