your local polaris dealer. part number 2876216. should be about $115. the heat sheild is part number 5250299 and goes for roughly $15.00

 

bought mine off e-bay. and like it!

 

Make sure to ask for the newer one, they had issues early on (2005's)with the bends, they would rub the engine. Try to get one that has the new bend design! I still haven't fitted mine to ensure correctness before it goes to Jet-Hot.
